People who have registered as residents of Anjo City and have no opportunity to receive medical examinations in their workplace etc.
ⒶOver 70 years old, ⒷMunicipal tax exempt households and public assistance recipients are free of charge for 4 to 9.
Persons that are under Ⓑ category are required to notify in advance.
Examination Period：May to February of the following year (4. For Cervical Cancer Examination, April to March of the following year)

【1】Recipients will be notified by the end of April.
【2】We will notify the people who are enrolled in Anjo City's National Health Insurance and applicable for this medical examination until the end of April.If you are a social insurance dependent who does not have the opportunity to receive a medical examination and wishes to do so, please contact us after May.
【3】Exclude those who will avail of medical examination under 6 and 10.
【4】If it is necessary, there is also a sputum examination (Additional fee of 500 yen).
【5】Please choose either Stomach X-ray or Gastroscope Testing. Gastroscope Testing is available only in the target year (once every two years).
【6】For those enrolled in Anjo City's National Health Insurance and those enrolled in medical insurance for the elderly, cancer screening tickets will be sent in April. For those who are enrolled in Social Insurance and wish to do the examination, please contact us.

【1】People in residence tax-exempt households and are recipients of living welfare can receive these for free upon application.
We give a portion of assistance for the medical expenses for those who are suffering from infertility to reduce their financial burden.
Those who meet all of the following conditions are eligible.
Target treatment：infertility test, test to confirm the effect of treatment, general infertility treatment such as hormone therapy, timing therapy, and artificial insemination.

In Anjo, a nurse or public health nurse visits all families with an infant up to 4 months old and will provide information about child rearing and listen to your concerns.
Visiting date is arranged in advance.
Please contact the Health Center if there is no visitation for an infant over 3 months old after birth.

The Health Center will send a “Vaccination History Notification” for families with children 12 years old and below.
Please ensure to submit this notification to the Health Center; otherwise, the center cannot send individual notifications for vaccinations.
