【4】Cancer screening coupons will be sent by the end of April to those who are enrolled in Anjo City's National Health Insurance and Late-stage Elderly Medical Insurance. For those enrolled in social insurance, those who underwent cancer screening in Anjo City in the previous year and those who will turn 40 in the current year will receive cancer screening coupons by the end of April.
【5】Patients cannot omit tests at their request.
【6】For both A and B, the target is people who have not undergone hepatitis virus screening since 2002.

If you wish to receive optional vaccinations, please contact the health center in advance.

【1】There are certain conditions for rubella antibody testing and vaccination, such as not having had rubella in the past or having received a rubella vaccination.

Provide subsidies for part of the treatment costs for people suffering from infertility, helping to ease their financial burden.

Eligibility:

1. A legal couple in which one of the spouses is registered as a resident of Anjo City and has been diagnosed by a doctor as needing infertility treatment.
2. A man and a woman who live in the same household and are in a de facto marriage relationship in Anjo City.
3. Both spouses must be insured persons, members, or dependents under the provisions of the relevant health insurance laws.
4. Eligible age: Couples where the wife is under 43 years old (age on the day treatment begins).

Eligible treatments:

1. Infertility testing, tests to confirm the effectiveness of treatment, and general infertility treatments such as hormone therapy, timing therapy, and artificial insemination.
2. Assisted reproductive technology covered by insurance, such as egg collection, sperm collection, in vitro fertilization, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, and embryo transfer.

In order to reduce the economic burden on cancer patients, we will partially subsidize the cost of purchasing prosthetic devices to compensate for changes in appearance caused by cancer treatment.

Eligible applicants: Anyone who meets all of the following criteria

1. Those who have a resident registration in Anjo City as of the application date
2. People who have been diagnosed with cancer and have received or are currently undergoing treatment for it
3. Those who have purchased wigs to cover hair loss due to cancer treatment or prosthetic devices to cover breast deformation caused by surgical treatment, etc.
4. People who have not received subsidies for similar prosthetic devices from municipalities in the prefecture in the past.

Items eligible for subsidy: Wigs and breast support devices (shapewear, support pads, or breast prostheses).
Subsidies are limited to one per type of support device

We will subsidize part of the cost of home care for young terminal cancer patients so that they can live their daily lives in the comfort of their own home.

Eligible applicants: A person who meets all of the following criteria or their caregiver.

1. Anjo resident under the age of 40 at the time of using the service
2. Those who have been diagnosed with terminal cancer by a doctor and require support and care for living at home

Subsidy target: Expenses related to in-home services, rental of welfare equipment, and purchase of welfare equipment under the long-term care insurance system.
Those receiving equivalent subsidies or benefits under other systems are not eligible.
